Byway social content terms
We love seeing beautiful slow travel videos, photos and comments and we know that other people considering slow travel love to see examples of real trips. That’s why we like to share User Content with on our social media channels. The more people we reach, the more we are helping to make slow travel mainstream. As you consider allowing Byway to use your User Content, we want to make sure you know exactly how we’re intending to use it and what we’re not going to do. “User Content” refers to what we’ve specifically requested to use and nothing more, that could be your photos, videos, posts, comments, recommendations, reviews, copywriting, or any other user-generated content or information.
This license allow Byway non-exclusive permission to use:
Your User Content on their social media channels for up to one year.
Your name and comment related to this User Content on their social media channels for up to one year unless otherwise declined.
Nothing else (no advert placements, website placements or anything else).
In exchange Byway agrees to tag you or mention you in any published content on their social media accounts where possible.
By agreeing to this request to use your User Content you are confirming that:
You alone created or own the User Content and no one else has any claims to it or could claim they own it or that it infringes on the rights of others.
If there are any people in the User Content other than yourself they know you are giving us permission to use the User Content and have consented to it being used by Byway in this way.
If you choose to allow us to use your User Content by replying with the hashtag #BywayPhoto or responding “yes” on WhatsApp or email, you agree to these terms.
