While we are remote first, we get together for two days a month in London for focused team collaboration and strategic sessions to stay connected and aligned on our goals.
🏢 Optional co-working
Work from our private office in London in a sustainability-minded co-working hub. Those not near London can opt-in for a one-day-a-week co-working office credit.
⏰ Flexible hours, fewer meetings
Enjoy flexible working hours for those not working shifts. We also have four-hour meeting-free blocks between 9-5, and meeting-free Thursdays for heads-down focus time.

Beware of recruiting scams
We have had multiple reports of a recruiting scam that is currently using our logo, images and name. We have requested a takedown of these sites - but wanted to raise some awareness and give some tips on staying safe online and avoiding scams. This page and our Linkedin is where you can find our official job listings. We never recruit over WhatsApp/Telegram, never use crypto and never ask you to download apps to communicate with us.
