Chief Operating Officer

We're on the lookout for a Chief Operating Officer. As our first COO, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion, leading our talented customer-facing teams - scaling tech, tools and processes - and ensuring Byway travellers are delighted every step of the way. 

Trip Support Intern (out of hours)

We’re looking for a customer-centric support superstar to join our trips team. You’ll work with our Trip Leads and be the first line of support for our travelling customers, offering advice, solving problems and sometimes simply admiring photos or offering recommendations via WhatsApp, phone and email.

Ticketing Executive

We’re looking for someone to become our first in-house Ticketing Exec. You’ll work with our Operations and Routing teams to identify the best ticket choices that balance customer enjoyment, cost and flexibility, and manage a pipeline of outstanding tickets with ease and efficiency.

Operations Executive

We're looking for someone proactive and organised to manage the delivery of our customer’s trips, from booking to homecoming. As our Ops Exec, you’ll manage tasks for a pipeline of booked trips, working with our Routing team for complex fixes and Customer Support and Concierge teams for customer communication.
