Sawday’s x Byway

B Corp travel partners

What do you get when you combine scenic rail journeys with special places to stay, all wrapped up into a single ABTA-protected package? Cue our anticipated Byway X Sawday's partnership.

As fellow B-corps, we're delighted to partner with Sawday’s because of our shared vision of sustainable travel. Together, we envisage a future of travel that's as good for people as it is for the planet, so you don't have to sacrifice experience for the environment. With Sawday's personally inspected selection of independent hotels, guesthouses and B&Bs, and Byway's carefully designed flight-free itineraries, our latest partnership enables travellers to experience a blend of sustainable travel with characterful places to stay.

Why take the train?

Flight-free travel allows you to add another level of adventure to your trip. Skip traffic jams and passport control lines and discover the joy of travelling scenic landscapes by rail.

Travelling by train is also one of the most environmentally friendly modes of transport. For example, on your way to Italy, you could enjoy a night’s stopover in the beautiful cities of Paris and Nice. Deciding to take the train from London to Italy produces only 211kg of CO2 compared to 965kg of CO2 if you choose to take a flight.
