To encourage more travel to happen away from peak over-tourism times, our team are pleased to offer a complimentary first-class upgrade for eligible trips departing from November 2024 - March 2025, booked before 23:59 on 20/09/24. Trips eligible for the offer will show a ‘free first-class travel’ option for you to select at the top of the itinerary. See below for full T&C’s.

T&Cs:

• Applies to trips booked before 23:59 on 20/09/24 with departure dates between 1/11/24 - 31/3/25.

• For UK residents, offer applies to trips to continental Europe only. (For non-EU residents, applies for trips within the UK or continental Europe).

• Only applies to trips booked on or after 29/08/2024.

• Customers will need to tick the ‘free first-class travel’ tickbox at the top of the itinerary to redeem the offer.

• Applies only to eligible day-time trains covered by an Interrail pass. Sleeper trains, ferries and buses are excluded.

• Customers who have purchased their own Interrail passes independently are not eligible for the offer. 

• Trips with this offer aren’t eligible for a paper Interrail pass - customers will need to use a digital pass on their trip.

• Eurostar services may not be valid for upgrade depending on availability.

• Offer subject to availability. It may not be possible to include first class on all trains or routes.

• Any major changes requested post-booking will be subject to our standard major changes policy. Rebooked trips will not be eligible for the complimentary first-class upgrade.
